Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. Enstage Kidney disease. Medical Surgical overflow -variety of diagnosis: UTI, pneumonia, cellulitis. Step down transfers from ICU and IMC with wide range of diagnosis Special Procedures/Unit Details : Continuous Bladder Irrigation, Difficult Urinary Catheter Insertion Team, Post Operative Care of the Kidney Transplant Patient. We are a very busy unit discharging and re-admitting about a third to half of the floor per day. On rare occasions, may have up to 7 patients. Special Equipment : Variety of central and peripheral IV lines, Variety of urinary catheter types, CBI, Hand Irrigation, chest tubes, JP drains, Nephrostomy tubes, ileal conduits #Tier2 Travel Compliance Required for Submission : Candidate must be pre-closed at time of submission: Review job details with the traveler. Confirm they understand the role requirements and are committed to completing compliance requirements in a timely manner. Confirm housing has been reviewed and secured (or can be secured) for the assignment location. SSN and DOB required at time of submission. Provide 2 3 interview availability windows with submission. RTO and start date must be confirmed and accurate at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved. Candidate must work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
