Job Title

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Weekends as needed | On-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient surgical/operating room setting
• Assist surgical teams throughout perioperative phases including pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op care
• Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in accordance with established protocols
• Respond to on-call needs as required by the department
• Work weekends as needed to support surgical scheduling demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
• Experience in an inpatient surgical or operating room environment
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a day shift schedule
• Availability for on-call assignments as required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or pursuit of certification preferred
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
