About the Position
Job Title
Registered Nurse – NICU (Level III)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (19:00–07:30) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to sick neonates in a Level III NICU setting across a 41-bed unit
- Operate and monitor conventional ventilators, high-frequency jet ventilators, high-frequency oscillators, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and nitric oxide delivery systems
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1, with the possibility of a 1:3 ratio in low-acuity cases
- Manage all aspects of NICU care, excluding surgical and cardiac cases
- Float to the Well Baby Nursery as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrated competency in caring for sick neonates
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Weekend availability preferred, though not required
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
