About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Required certifications as applicable Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in neuro medical strokes, neuro-ortho surgeries, telemetry, and medical patients. Ability to effectively manage and care for adult and geriatric patient populations. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates will be responsible for providing care for stable post-stroke and stable neuro surgery patients. The nurse will also manage telemetry and medical patients as required. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1. The unit consists of 20 beds. Staff will use Electronic Health Record systems for patient documentation. This position does not require call. Candidates must possess the necessary certifications for this role.
