This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in an ICU setting. The role includes providing care to adult patients, including those with complex medical conditions. Nurses will be expected to float to other inpatient nursing units as needed. Patient ratios in the unit are 1:1 and 1:2. The unit is equipped with advanced medical technology and electronic health record systems. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in critical care practices and possess the required certifications.
