We are seeking a compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license.
• Current BLS certification (if required).
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Travel Contract
• 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

• 8-week assignment
