Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in stepdown unit
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Relevant experience in stepdown or critical care settings
