Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for a travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role requires expertise in providing high-level care in a dynamic hospital setting. Candidates will need to be comfortable working in a Level 3 and Level 4 NICU environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients with various respiratory, cardiac, neuro, and other conditions
- Maintain and manage critical care vasoactive drip titration and invasive lines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, residents, and unit-based educators
- Utilize EPIC for comprehensive electronic medical record management
- Perform oral/nasal suctioning and manage various tubes and ventilatory support systems
Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU
- Valid RN license with BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU
- Proficiency in EPIC, EVDs, Camino devices, and other NICU-specific technology and equipment
