Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Provide specialized care to neonatal patients with varied acuities
• Monitor and manage advanced life-support equipment and intricate procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC for effective electronic medical recording management
• Perform bedside procedures in collaboration with providers

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• RN License: BLS, NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
• Experience with EPIC, EVDs, ventilator and trach management
• Strong competency in critical care vasoactive drip titration
