Floating between the two units is likely. Patient ratio is 1-2 in ICU and 3-4 in stepdown. Candidates must have a strong background in neuro nursing. All demographic information must be included in the profile. A badge-appropriate picture is also required. Work history or resume should have no gaps greater than 60 days. A skills checklist and references must be provided. Certification card and license verification are necessary for consideration. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty.
