About the Position

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry Description: The patient population includes post open-heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in handling complex surgical cases. Telemetry experience is essential for monitoring and responding to patient needs. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team are crucial for patient care. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality of care is expected.
