About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: 1 year of full-time experience in rural healthcare preferred License: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within the first two years of employment Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) Must-Have: Licensed Registered Nurse 1 year of experience Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry specialty. Candidates must have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited College of Nursing. Experience in electronic health records is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required. The role includes providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status and maintaining accurate health records. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care is essential.
