About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – NICU

Location

Vancouver, WA (with float to Oregon facility)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Float between two facility locations across Washington and Oregon as assigned
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality neonatal care
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including pre-start modules, competencies, and skills testing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Active Oregon and Washington RN license, or active Compact RN license (Oregon license or proof of application and fingerprinting required at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• NRP Advanced certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (required for all submissions)
• Must not reside within 50 miles of any facility in the health system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ECMO experience highly preferred
• Professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager within the past year
