Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide care and monitoring for patients in the medical/surgical unit
• Perform peripheral IV starts and dressing changes
• Adapt to working within patient ratios of 6:1, occasionally 7:1
• Float to other medical/surgical units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Medical/surgical nursing experience
• Experience in Telemetry
• BLS Certification
