Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in MedSurg and telemetry units
• Manage patient comfort and safety while adhering to clinical guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, demonstrating strong communication skills
• Administer medications, including gtt management, and perform wound care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Comfortability with managing patients in both MedSurg and behavioral health units
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills
