Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: RN Telemetry I Specialty: RN Telemetry I Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful environment Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
