Licensed Practical / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) | Outpatient Clinic
Location: Fort Worth, TX

About the Position

DAYS - 8HRS: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-2:30pm

Requirements

CMA/LPN
Internal Medicine Clinic
CMA/LPN with experience in multiple physician clinic , drawing labs in a clinical setting, and experience using EPIC.  MUST be comfortable and have experience doing blood draws. Residency clinic where MA is responsible for 2-3 residents per clinic day
A qualified candidate needs to have at least ONE year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience (such as urgent cares, internal med, family care) in the past THREE current years.   

SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Occ Health, Dialysis, Home Health, Rehab, Health Insurance and Remote work do not qualify for THPG clinics.

Must be nationally certified and active upon submission. 

Must be able to verify highest level of education by providing diploma, official transcripts or GED AND having a 3rd party verify.

Must be able to verify all past employment through a 3rd party system. 

Orientation for Week 1 will be held in Euless.
