About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including management of ventilated patients
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line placements as required
• Accurately document patient information and care using Meditech charting system
• Float to other departments and facilities as needed based on department rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license in hand at time of start
• Proficiency in ventilator management, IV insertion, and PICC line placement
• Experience with Meditech charting
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Comfort with floating to multiple departments and adapting to varied clinical settings
