Pay: $25 to $29 per hour
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care team in Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident well-being, and supporting the nursing team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Obtain and record vital signs, weights, and other required information.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Report any concerns related to resident safety, abuse, neglect, or policy violations.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
