Pay: $60 to $63 per hour
Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Hawaii. The RN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control standards.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN License required prior to the start of the contract.
• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and every weekend as needed.

Schedule

• Rotating shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
