About the Position

Monday – Friday 8am -4:30 pm with weekend rotation of 1 /4 weekend requirement. The LPN position provides 6 patient visits per day and works within teams of RNs, PT, OTs, HHAs. This position requires home care experience. 

Requirements

LPN, MA license, BLS needed
