Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing/Subacute setting. The RN will care for patients with chronic and complex medical conditions, collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensure safe, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Recent Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Subacute nursing experience is required.
• Experience with:
  • Medication administration
  • Wound care
  • Tracheostomy care
  • IV therapy
  • Oxygen therapy
• Experience caring for patients with:
  • Pulmonary conditions
  • Alzheimer's disease
  • Dementia
• Experience using Cerner electronic medical records is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend, and float to other assigned units as needed.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
