Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Active LPN License

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
Negative COVID-19 test (taken within 1 week of start date) or proof of full vaccination required prior to start
Guaranteed hours cannot be billed for delayed starts due to pending test results
Must comply with facility testing protocols throughout the assignment
