Certifications/Licences:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association 
• National institutes of Health (NIH)-NIHSS-NIH stroke scale 
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) by the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI) 
• Trauma Nurse core courses (TNCC) 
• RN license for state AZ

• RN Operating Room
• 3+ Years experience
• Two (2) year clinical nurse and/or operating room practical experience.
