• 2+ years of experience
• On call required.
• On call requirements- up to 2 week nights and 2 weekend days of call, 45 min call back time.
• Float to other facilities within the organization when needed.
• Experience- Endoscopy, proficient with the following procedures- colon, egd, ERCP, peg tube, bronch, esophageal stent, and pain procedures. Able to perform moderate sedation, EPIC charting, able to admit and discharge in the perioperative area.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
• Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
• Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
