We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Red Bluff, California. The ideal candidate will have prior Home Health experience, be comfortable working independently in the field, and provide high-quality care to adult patients recently discharged from the hospital.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Home Health RN
• Location: Red Bluff, CA
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Days (8-Hour Shifts)
• Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (preferred Tuesday–Saturday schedule)
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Floating: Home Health only

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience
• Active California RN License
• BLS (AHA) Certification required
• Experience with adult Home Health patients
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
• Experience caring for patients with:
• Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
• COPD
• Wound care and Wound VACs
• PICC lines and IV therapy
• Ability to provide patient and family education
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in the community
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred
