Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum
• Evaluate the nursing process and accurately document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Direct and coordinate patient care activities throughout the shift
• Collaborate with ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions and changes in status

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience providing nursing care in an Emergency Room setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Ability to assess and care for patients across a broad age spectrum and acuity range

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced emergency department environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
