Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Afternoon shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in daily activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
• BLS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of LNA experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and patience when working with elderly or ill patients
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Time management and multitasking abilities
