About the Position

LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) ($1,788/Week)

Location: Utica, New York
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/04/2026 – 11/03/2026)
Shift: Evening | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (8-Hour Shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Week
Travel Pay: $47/Hour ($1,788 Weekly Gross)
Local Pay: $38/Hour (W-2) (Within 75 miles of the facility)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a 40-bed Long-Term Care unit.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions.
• Document patient care accurately using PointClickCare EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality patient care.
• Float within the same building as needed and work every other weekend.

• Travel Pay: $47/Hour ($1,788 Weekly Gross)

• Daily overtime after 24 hours (per contract rules)

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active New York LPN/LVN License
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Previous Travel Nursing experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience using PointClickCare EMR
• Skills Checklist matching LTC specialty
• NURSYS License Verification showing active NY license and all active licenses
• Valid Driver's License with current address matching application
• Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
