Pay: $1,700 to $1,900 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

Here are the details:
Position: LPN/LVN Home Health 
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 5x8s
Location: 165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201
Pay: Up to $1900/wk for 40 hours
Note: The Facility will not consider any candidate that resiedes within 50 miles of the facility. 

Requirements

• One year of acute nursing care [required], hospital-based preferred.
• MA License
• BLS - AHA 
• Experience in home health [Required] 
• Certified Home Health Required, Including Proficiency with OASIS [Highly Preferred]
• Infusion Therapy Experience [Preferred]
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
• Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
• History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
• Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required]
• Must be willing to accept “on call” responsibilities. 
• To effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement. 
• Traveler perm address must be included in profile
