Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Support clinic operations across Family Practice, Behavioral Health, and other departments

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Hawaii
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinic experience
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, or Internal Medicine preferred
• Willingness to work at multiple clinic locations as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Proficient in patient charting and electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows and procedures
