Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing care plans as directed by the care team
• Float to Nursery as needed to support unit staffing and patient care continuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with all travel contract and facility onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to Nursery settings
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
• Previous travel nursing experience
