Contract | Night Shift | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in an ICU setting
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using electronic medical record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA-ACLS) or American Red Cross (ARC-ALS)
• Demonstrated experience with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must clearly identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system are required
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee of an organization

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
