Emergency Room (ER) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Includes Weekends | On-Call Not Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a small, non-trauma Emergency Room setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a variety of emergency conditions
• Collaborate with a small nursing team to deliver safe and effective care across all shifts
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or compact licensure
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a small or community-based Emergency Room environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient volumes and acuity levels
• BLS and ACLS certifications
