About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of prior labor and delivery RN experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWOHNN Intermediate required Must-Have: Candidates must be experienced in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Description: LDRP RN needed for day shifts. Call shifts required: 3-4 per 8-week block. Floating to Pediatrics and NICU is required. Candidates may "safety sit" on any unit. Experience in high-risk pregnancy is a bonus as we also care for antepartum patients. Candidates WILL take couplets. First-time travelers and local candidates not accepted. COVID-19 vaccine is required with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Flu vaccine information is unknown. Preferred charting system experience is in Community Hospital. Candidate must be willing to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital based on agreement during interview/offer. References are required. Candidates should expect to have experience working in a high-volume environment while caring for infants and adults.
