About the Position

Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: 2 years of prior Labor and Delivery RN experience required License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWOHNN Intermediate required Must-Have: Must have experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Description: We are seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. This position requires working 3x12 hour day shifts, from 07:00 to 19:30. Call shifts are required, with 3-4 call shifts per 8-week block. Floating to Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care is required, but safety sitting on any unit is allowed. Candidates must have experience in labor, delivery, and postpartum care. The nurse will be responsible for taking couplets. Experience in high-risk pregnancy is a bonus, as care is also provided for antepartum patients. Candidates must possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHNN Intermediate. First-time travelers are not accepted. Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
