About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the specialty field. License: Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or compact license (no temporary licenses accepted). Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Must float to other units as needed. Description: This position is for a Med Surg Telemetry overflow unit. Staff must float between units as required. Holidays will be required as needed. Every other weekend is necessary. A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the specialty is required, though 18 months of experience may be considered if working under the highest level of professional license. Experience must be related to the specific specialty of the position. Please ensure compliance with dress code: solid navy scrubs. This is a clinical position, and the role involves direct patient care. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred.
