About the Position

The role involves direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. The RN will be responsible for developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care. Evaluating patient outcomes and identifying available resources for patients are also key responsibilities. Patients served include those aged 5 and up with psychiatric illnesses. Common psychiatric diagnoses include major depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, and psychotic disorders. Some patients may also require medical care or detoxification services. This position requires a strong team player committed to providing excellent care in a fast-paced environment.
