Candidates must have experience with treating a diverse patient population. The position involves working in a Level 1 Trauma environment. The facility is known for clinical excellence and nationally recognized patient outcomes. Nurses are expected to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with electronic health records is preferred. Patient ratios are typically 1:6. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and communication skills. The work environment requires adaptability and a team-oriented approach.
