About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Community Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required from the American Heart Association Must-Have: - Experience in a busy community emergency room or stroke center - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. Shifts will be from 7 PM to 7 AM. Staff ratios typically staffed for 4:1 but may stretch to 5:1 during peak census times. Variable weekend shifts are required, asking for 5-6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. Must be available for one major and one minor holiday. On-call duties are not required, though staff may choose to pick up shifts if desired. The emergency department sees a diverse range of patients, including all types of emergencies. The team is described as phenomenal and hard-working. Scrubs should be navy blue. Epic access will be needed for this position.
