They should be comfortable with the equipment and documentation systems typically used in an ICU setting. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to float as needed and work every other weekend. The RN will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care quality. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for successful communication with patients and team members. A cohesive work environment with support and collaboration among staff is a key feature of this role.
