Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in hospice care for an assignment in Clarksburg, WV. The role involves working with terminally ill patients in both home and nursing facility settings across several counties. This is a travel assignment with a focus on delivering compassionate and skilled nursing care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice

• Provide end-of-life care to terminally ill patients in home or nursing facility settings
• Conduct 5-6 patient visits per day within an 8-hour shift
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient charting and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with other hospice care team members

Requirements of the RN - Hospice

• Active RN license in WV
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience
