Shifts: 0645-1915 and 1845-0715

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This is a travel assignment that requires strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, with the ability to work in a high acuity, fast-paced environment. You will be working in a supportive and comprehensive care setting, with access to advanced technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Deliver compassionate care to neonatal patients with a variety of medical needs
• Manage respiratory and cardiac conditions in neonates
• Handle complex neuro and musculoskeletal conditions
• Maintain expertise in EPIC, EVDs, ICP monitoring, and critical care drip titration
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
• Adapt to various patient ratios based on acuity

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Current RN license
• 2 years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience with EPIC and critical care procedures
