Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the nursing field. Epic experience is necessary for this role. The position requires certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Nurses will care for adult and geriatric patients. The patient ratio is 3:1 on nights. The role includes floating to meet facility needs. Skills required include managing ports, blood product administration, and telemetry monitoring. Candidates must have experience with various medical procedures such as craniotomy and post-cardiac care. This position demands effective communication with interdisciplinary teams. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and assisting with medical interventions. The expected daily census is approximately 26 patients.
