This role involves providing care for patients ranging from young adults to geriatrics. The nurse will work in a unit with telemetry capabilities. The patient population will present a broad range of care needs. Expected patient ratio during shifts is 1:6. The RN will be responsible for managing medications, IVs, and other essential nursing tasks. Skills such as blood product administration, central line management, and telemetry monitoring are necessary. The role includes participation in interdisciplinary support processes. Applicants should have a collaborative approach to patient care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
