Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care
Location: Omaha, NE
Agency: 22nd Century Healthcare, Inc.
Pay: $47 to $50 per hour
Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

Duration: 3 Months (With possible extension)

Schedule:

• 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and provide patient/resident care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses, side effects, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring continuity of care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, including Medication Aides and subordinate team members, while assisting with training and shift coordination.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, families, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA, infection control, emergency protocols, and reporting changes in patient condition or suspected abuse.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• RN license (State/Compact)
• BLS/CPR certification
