About the Position

Job Title: LVN / LPN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long-Term Care Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required. License: Must have a valid Client License. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Active license (state). Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required. Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation. Strong attendance and punctuality required. Description: Facility is a Long-Term Care Center. The center includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as prescribed. You will perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions is essential. Timely and accurate documentation is required. Providing nursing care in accordance with facility policies is expected. You will supervise CNAs on assigned units. Qualifications and Skills: Organized and detail-oriented approach is necessary. Excellent communication skills are required. A personable and professional demeanor is essential. Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities is important. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential. Additional Requirements: You must be dependable with consistent attendance. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Flexibility with scheduling needs is required.
