You will administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Accurate and safe medication passes are essential. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions is expected. Timely and accurate documentation must be completed. You will supervise CNAs on assigned units. A personable and professional demeanor is required. You must be able to work with individuals from diverse cultures and personalities. Flexibility with scheduling is important. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential. This role involves a slower-paced night shift. The facility has a ratio of 1 nurse for every 18-20 residents. Successful candidates will be organized and detail-oriented. Teamwork and a positive attitude are key attributes for this role.
