About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active Registered Nurse license required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must-Have: - Experience in Med-Surg Ortho specialty - Ability to work within a team Description: This position involves working on a 24-bed Med-Surg unit with a neuro/ortho specialty. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. Shifts are scheduled from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. The unit provides care for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to handle a diverse patient population. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment is necessary. Collaboration with the healthcare team is required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
