About the Position

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 Days Shift: 07:15 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Required Must-Have: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Description: 36-hour night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week. Shifts are from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM. Holiday and weekend rotation required. Candidates must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience in a step-down unit is preferred. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Team collaboration and excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and providing patient education. Commitment to patient care and safety is paramount.
